We were contacted by one of the partners of White Whale Productions, LLC to provide consultation and assistance in preparing for the launch of audio and software products for retail sales.

The subject of consultation and assistance was in the:

1 - creation of an electronic signature system so that customers could electronically sign license and use agreements for software products online (and maintain their legality as binding documents).

2 - development of a method of payment for membership fees and product purchases that included customer tracking and shipping features. This system would utilize OS Commerce and Paypal.

3 - development of a method of age verification.

During the course of consultation, WebSchaefer was asked to provide multiple phases of implementation:
1. Editing the site to provide an online cart for current products, better product presentation, modes for customer contact, creation of membership areas, setup of administrative tasks to add products, and preparing for expanded services by planning and creating back-end databases as needed.
2. Following through on the plans for expanded services by creating and implementing many premium features such as product placement and advertising, degrees of service for different membership levels, product distribution and inventory, and different ways to promote community outreach and service. 

Phase 1 is almost complete. The newly expanded website has been uploaded to the Company server and is being debugged, while final content editing is done by WWP staff.  Phase 2 is underway and many enhanced features have already been implemented.

WWP staff has reported:  We really like the new product pages, which are clear and easy to read, as well as the smooth interface with Paypal payment services.  Seeing the new site has gotten us excited about other possibilities and the great potential the website can provide.
