How do I apply for an account?
You may apply for a WebSchaefer account by filling out our Web Account application form.
What are the requirements for an account username?
Account usernames must be 3-10 characters in length, any case, and may only contain characters a-z, A-Z, and 0-9. The first character cannot be a number.

Account passwords must be 6-10 characters in length, any case, and may only contain characters a-z, A-Z, and 0-9. The first character cannot be a number.

Why does my account say that it is "disabled" when I try to login?
Your web account has been "locked", probably due to too many failed login attempts. After this, even attempts to login with the correct password will be refused. Please contact the Webmaster by using the WebSchaefer Help System, or sending an e-mail to WebSchaefer webmaster@webschaefer.com to have the account unlocked. If you do not know the correct password, you can also request that the password be changed. Please note that password reset and account unlock requests must come from the account's Authorized Client

I've forgotten my account password. What do I do?
If you don't know your account password, you must fill out the Account Password Reset Request Form. We cannot look up your old password, but we can reset your web account password and unlock your account if necessary. The webmaster will only reset account passwords for individuals who are listed as the account's Authorized Client.
How do I change my password?
Log in to WebSchaefer using your account username and password. Click on the Change Password link. You'll be prompted to enter the new password, and then confirm the new password again for verification. Your password will be changed when you click the submit button.
How can I change my account username?
If you wish to change your account username, the Authorized Client should use the WebSchaefer Help System requesting that the name be changed (please provide the existing account username as well as the suggested new username). Your account can be renamed if the new name is available and meets the usual account username requirements.
How do I update my account information?
If you wish to change your account information, then you will need to log into your account using your username and password. Click on the Account Maintenance link. Make the changes to your account information and submit. Your account information will be changed when you click the submit button.
